All Rates are based upon 1 or 2 people over age 45. Check in between 1pm-6pm. Check out prior to 11am.
Early Check-In if available will be $5 per hr w/$5 minimum. Late outs will be charged for entire day.
Extra adult if permitted $5.00 per night per person. Day Visitor $10 per person daily.
4 people max. per RV & Camping Cabins. 2 people max in Glamping Tent sites.
Showers Operate on Tokens. Shower Tokens are $1 per shower. Registered guests only.

We are an Adult Only Park, (age 45 and over) No reservations, stays or check ins with underage guests or visitors. 4 Adults Max per RV site. 6 people maximum registered per site at any time including visitors
Reservations for 1 night will only be taken within 7 days of the arrival date and based upon availability
Stays of less than 7 nights are eligible for Good Sam discount with valid membership.
Pricing for 7 nights or more already includes Good Sam discount and Length of Stay discount. No additional discounts.
Check-ins will only be honored before 6pm. Late arrivals will need to contact office on day of arrival. No after hour check-ins regardless of reservation unless arrangements are made ahead of time, email required. After 6 pm wihtout approval will require you to arrive the next morning when office opens with no credit provided for missed night.
Monthly Stays are now available year round. Sites are based upon 2 adults only. Monthly rate start at $750 requires a min. 6 month lease a security deposit and background check.
All RV sites have FHU Service, includes Water, Electric and Sewer and free Wifi. Fire Ring & Picnic table at every site.
Premium RV sites have an average size of 28'x 65' and all have a Fire Ring and Picnic Table. All Pull-Thrus.
Executive RV sites average 34' x 65' size, Concrete Patio, Fire Ring, Picnic Table and offer the best views with less neighbors.

All glamping tents host a queen sized bed with luxurious linens, a refrigerator, futon sofa, bar-top table with chairs, ceiling fan, and a swamp cooler. A private half bath is just a few steps away. The site offers a semi-secluded area with lounge chairs on a private deck, picnic table, a propane fire ring, charcoal grill and the best views in the campground.
Glamping tent reservations must be checked in prior to 6pm on arrival date.
